Why Generate a Renewal Invoice Early?
Normally, web hosting renewal invoices are created automatically just before your service’s due date. However, generating the invoice early can help prevent any issues that might arise from failed renewals, ensuring your service remains uninterrupted.
Steps to Generate a Renewal Invoice
Log in to the Client Area: Go to https://my.hostafrica.com and enter your login credentials.

Access Your Services: Click on Services and then select My Services.

Select the Hosting Account: You’ll see a list of all your hosting accounts. Click on the one you want to renew.
Generate the Renewal Invoice: On the account information page, scroll down until you see the Generate Renewal Invoice button. Click it.

Confirm Your Selection: A confirmation button will appear. Click Confirm Generate to proceed.

Complete the Payment: Once the invoice is generated, you can either go to the Invoices section or use the link provided to complete the payment.
