How to Publish Bulk WordPress Posts or Pages
Have you ever wandered if there’s a way you can publish Bulk WordPress posts, pages or products or move multiple posts to draft without having to go over each post to do it?
Well in this post I’m going to show you how to make bulk changes to multiple posts, pages or even WooCommerce products directly from the admin panel in less than 5 seconds.
First of all i’ll show you how to bulk edit multiple posts
1. Login to your WordPress Dashboard
First of all you need to login to your WordPress dashboard.
Lets say you want to publish multiple draft posts.
2. Goto Posts
on the left hand side in your dashboard, click on Posts > All Posts
Lets say you want to publish multiple draft posts just click on drafts.
3 Mark/Tick the posts
Now go ahead and mark the posts which you wish to edit/publish
4. Click on Bulk Action
Click on bulk action and then click edit.
it will take you to a page that looks like the above image.
now to publish the draft posts you’ve just marked just click on status> Publish. and click on update
the posts will then all be published at the same time.
Lets say it’s a page you wish to bulk publish or edit just apply the same method and you’ll be good.
